Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement a varied programme of daily activities, including games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, reminiscence sessions, and outings. • Encourage resident participation, ensuring activities are inclusive and adapted to individual needs. • Build relationships with residents and families to tailor activities based on preferences and abilities. • Work closely with care staff to support residents’ wellbeing. • Maintain activity records and contribute to care plans.
